This is a village bar with accommodation which has recently closed down. It was a very successful bar / restaurant in the past and I can see no reason why it should not be so again.

This is a big property which is habitable now and has the benefit of a totally new roof.

The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with a bar of 25m2 which leads through to the restaurant which has a very nice wooden floor and is bright and welcoming. In addition to the above there is a cave and two stables. There is 300m2 of garden, water, electricity, mains drains and fuel central heating.

My View? This restaurant had a very good routier lunch time business and was open in the evening for evening meals. It was very popular with the locals in the area , it's a shame the business closed. However, its a good opportunity to open the business again which I think would get off the ground quite quickly.
